Constitution Park is an extremely family-friendly recreation area with two large playgrounds, several pavilions available for rental, and a Summer Daycamp program. It also features a Little League baseball field, a swimming pool, and the locally popular scenic overlook known as Mayor's Monument. The park lies in the heart of town, a few blocks east of Rose Hill Cemetery.
